The Queen Rania Foundation for Education and Development and the Jordanian Academy for Government Administration have signed a cooperation agreement aimed at strengthening collaboration in training and capacity building, facilitating the exchange of expertise, and supporting digital and self-directed learning.

This collaboration builds on the Academy’s role in enhancing the capabilities of public sector employees and strengthening professional and institutional capacity through specialized training programs, research and studies, and consultancy services that support improved institutional performance and enhance government institutions’ readiness to meet the demands of modernization.

Under the agreement, the Queen Rania Foundation will contribute to the development and delivery of training and capacity-building programs for the Jordanian Academy for Government Administration by providing relevant expertise and trainers. The Foundation will also support efforts to assess the impact of training programs at both the individual and institutional levels, as well as measure learning outcomes.

The collaboration will also focus on building expertise and capabilities in behavioral sciences and exploring how these can be applied to the development of various training programs. In addition, the two parties will exchange expertise in developing digital learning platforms, drawing on the experience of Edraak.

The two parties will also collaborate on developing and publishing joint studies and research, contributing to knowledge generation and evidence-based decision-making.
