TAX EXEMPTION
Jordan Tax Exemption:
QRFED- is a non- governmental, not for profit organization. All donations are tax deductible as per the Societies Law No. 51 of 2008 and subsequent amendments.
USA Tax Exemption:
Queen Rania Foundation for Education and Development - USA is a Delaware non-stock corporation that has received a ruling from the U.S. Internal Revenue Service that it is a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”). Its E.I. Number is 47-0901904. Donations are tax-deductible to U.S. taxpayers the extent permitted by section 170 of the Code.
In accordance with U.S. law, contributions to Queen Rania Foundation for Education and Development - USA are at the disposition of its board of directors. However, the board will give sympathetic considerations to suggestions and requests by donors that their donations be used to support specific projects being undertaken by Queen Rania Foundation for Education and Development in Jordan.
