Empowered Parenthood: A Journey of Connection and Growth
I’ve always had the urge to learn new things, so I decided to enroll in the Parent Education Program. With children relying increasingly on technology and screens these days, it makes it more difficult for us parents to fill their time with off-screen activities.
The program was a great addition to my parenthood journey as it made me more mindful of my son’s needs and helped me better understand him. Giving me the ability to offer support in ways I did not know was possible, considering my busy schedule as a full-time mom and employee.

But today, his excitement to spend time with me can’t be held. I even get phone calls at work so that I know he’s impatiently waiting for me to return to spend time together. A time that’s full of engagement, connection and benefit.
The program taught me how one activity can help my child’s development in more ways than one. Learning through nature helped him become more responsive, intelligent, and open and even introduced him to counting!
