Ms. Ruba Samain Her work involves leading and ensuring the strategic alignment of programs to achieve QRF’s vision and mission. She has over 10 years of experience in the education sector, with a focus on early childhood education in recent years. Her experience ranges from working on national human resource development strategy, designing and implementing programs, and managing research efforts e.g. a national survey on parental practices with a focus on barriers analysis. Ruba has an MSc in Global Governance and Ethics from UCL-London and a BA in Media and Cultural Studies from Kingston University- London. |

Dr. Bochra Kaddoura Dr. Bochra Kaddoura is an Early Childhood Specialist and a Child Rights Advocate with over 30 years of experience. She is currently the Early Childhood Education (ECE)/Nurseries improvement advisor for Sharjah Private Education Authority. Prior to this, Dr. Kaddoura served as an advisor to national and international organizations (2008–2013) to support the implementation of Early Childhood Education and Development national agendas and the achievement of SDG 4.2. Dr. Kaddoura is an active member of the Scientific Committee of “Arab Resource Collective”, “Mentor Arabia”, “the Association of ECE of Ontario” and “the Centre for Arab Research and Development.” Her vast experience in international best practice was instrumental in the scaling up of many early years interventions and projects, such as MOCEP, PPP, Inclusive Education, and Children Rights, among others. She has authored numerous articles and reports, including “Early Childhood Educators Programs in the Arab World”, “Parenting”, “Mother to Mother”, “Building Blocks for a Healthy Future”, “Advancing Children Rights in Businesses”, and “Investing in Early Childhood Development.” In 2006, Bochra received the “Al Khorafy Recognition Award” for outstanding accomplishments in the field of ECE in the Arab world, and in 2015 she was selected to be an evaluator and peer reviewer for the Abdul Hameed Shoman Award 2014. |

Maha Sader Maha worked on the management and development of many early childhood programs that focused primarily on capacity-building for educators in the childhood sector in Palestine She is currently working as a lecturer at the Faculty of Education, Bethlehem University. During the years of her work, she published a set of educational books for children, two of the main ones being “My Arabic Language Series: Reading and Writing readiness workbooks for preschool children in 10 booklets” and “Me and my Child: A guidebook for Parents on Child Development”. Additionally, she published guidebooks for preschool teachers. She was also a judge on several panels for competitions on children’s stories. |

Amal Arab Amal Arab has served as a news and program presenter at Al Araby TV network since 2014. She has over 13 years of experience as a broadcast journalist. Prior to joining Al Araby, she served as the senior news and program presenter for Al Ghad TV based in the United Kingdom. She also had roles at Paltoday TV, Alalam and Algerian TV. Arab earned a degree in legal and administrative sciences from the University of Oran Assenia in Algeria. |
